| In 2003 the leading scientists employed by BIBRA International Ltd* working in the field of chemical hazard and risk assessment, broke away to form a new, independently-owned, consulting organisation – Toxicology Advice & Consulting Ltd. | Two successful years later, they had the opportunity to go back to BIBRA International Ltd and acquire the Information Services division of the company, which employed a number of other excellent scientists and also owned the world-famous TRACE toxicological database and databank. A new independent company was formed – BIBRA Information Services Ltd – to house this business. | After running both companies – Toxicology Advice & Consulting Ltd and BIBRA Information Services Ltd - successfully side-by-side for 24 months, the management decided the logical next step in the close association was a formal integration of the two businesses into one exciting entity, which would have the capability to address all toxicological issues and concerns for its clients. |
