Proposed regulation on classification, labelling and packaging

A draft compromise text is now available of the proposed regulation on classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (amending Directive 67/548/EEC and Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006). This has emerged following meetings between representatives of the European Parliament, the Presidency and the European Commission, with a view to reaching a first reading agreement with the European Parliament.
