Toxicity Profile for Creatinol O-phosphate and its sodium salt (2002)
Abstract
Creatinol O-phosphate was of low acute oral toxicity in rodents. Studies involving repeated administration in the diet or by injection identified no specific sites of toxic action in rats or dogs. According to limited reports, there were no effects on fertility or reproduction in rats, mice and rabbits treated by repeated injection. No evidence of (dominant lethal) mutagenicity was found when male rats were given repeated intraperitoneal injections prior to mating.

What are Toxicity Profiles?
Toxicity Profiles are comprehensive, yet concise, monographs on the hazard potential of individual chemicals.
They are written by scientists specially trained in the evaluation of toxicity data and are prepared principally from primary information sources.
