Abstract
2-Butoxyethanol acetate was of low to moderate acute oral, dermal and inhalation toxicity in laboratory animals. Blood in the urine, kidney and bladder, and kidney damage occurred in rats and rabbits treated orally, dermally or by inhalation. Mild skin and eye irritation has been reported in rabbits.
