ACGIH has published its annual update of the booklets “2018 TLVs and BEIs” and “2018 Guide to Occupational Exposure Values.” These provide a readily-accessible reference for comparing the most recently published occupational exposure values by various expert groups (including ACGIH’s own recommended threshold limit values and biological exposure indices), for hundreds of industrial chemicals and physical agents. Hard copies of both publications can be ordered via the ACGIH website. Eight compounds have been added to the current volume:

  • dimethylphenol (all isomers)
  • indium tin oxide
  • methyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride isomers
  • monomethylformamide
  • propylene glycol ethyl ether
  • sodium sulfate
  • sulfoxaflor
  • thiacloprid
