A study report has been recently issued of an EFSA-funded project to develop a database for presenting information on the toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics of mixtures relevant to food safety. This report describes the outcome of the project, the aim of which was to provide a database covering a wide range of substance categories for use by various EFSA Panels when assessing possible health risks from mixtures of various chemicals in food.
