Toxicity Profile for Zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate (1992)
Abstract
Zinc dibutyldithiocarbamate increased liver and kidney weights when given by repeated oral administration to rats. No evidence of carcinogenicity was seen in a limited feeding study in mice. It was not mutagenic in the Ames bacterial test. Malformations occurred in treated chick embryos following injection into the egg.
