Ashleigh Ace Barrett

Ashleigh manages all the commercial aspects of the company (finance, contracts, marketing etc) - she started at bibra with an already excellent background in marketing (from creation to completion), building websites, defining SEO strategies, designing print media, and building and maintaining marketing plans and budgets. She is also very experienced in HR, including policy and procedure creation, and the hiring process. As well as enjoying the ‘people-driven’ sides of the business, Ashleigh loves a good spreadsheet, as well as colour-coding everything (much to her colleagues' dismay).

In her spare time, Ashleigh can be found volunteering at Noah's Ark children’s hospice (working with the supported children and their families) and trying to convince her lazy bulldog, Walter, to go out for a walk.
