ECHA’s new guidance on information requirements gives advice on the study data and other information to be submitted when applying for active substance approval or for authorisation of chemical biocides under the BPR (Regulation (EU) 528/2012). Obligations for companies are described in ECHA’s guidance on active substance suppliers.
