Graham Hunt, Ashleigh Ace, Kate Walker and Tanya Mooneapillay Commercial team

Everything Graham, Ashleigh, Kate and Tanya do in their commercial roles at bibra is driven by one over-riding philosophy – their prime function is to make it as easy as possible for the bibra toxicologists to work in a manner that is both satisfactory and successful for their clients. In other words they do all they can to manage distractions for the scientific team to a minimum, and promote an environment of enjoyment, efficiency and success. Their responsibilities include – but are not limited to – marketing and promotion, IT, software development, systems, HR, legal, facilities, accounting, budgetary control and financial management.

Graham Hunt had a long and successful career in both financial and executive management in a major US corporation before retiring at the age of 54, to seek out opportunities in the UK to become involved in company start-ups, MBOs and MBIs. He was instrumental in helping James Hopkins and Pete Watts form the new group of Bibra companies in 2002 and is a shareholder and director of the company(s).

Like many others in the company, he is a football fan, and for his sins, is a Fulham FC season ticket holder. In his spare time Graham can be found scratching around on a golf course or planning new holidays to exotic parts of the world to visit children and grandchildren – and of course worrying about Fulham’s chances of getting back into the Premiership.

Ashleigh Ace, although much younger than Graham, has packed a huge amount of relevant experience into her short but impressive career. She has an excellent background in marketing – from creation to completion – building software and websites, defining SEO strategies, designing print media, and building and maintaining marketing plans and budgets. She is also very experienced in HR, including policy and procedure creation, and the hiring process. As well as enjoying the ‘people-driven’ sides of the business, Ashleigh is adept within the IT and computing field, and has assisted with building frameworks to support organisations. In her spare time, Ashleigh can be found at a children’s hospice care charity – Shooting Star Chase – where she is a proud Ambassador and volunteer, working with the children and families.

Kate Walker joined the Bibra team in 2014. She runs the office and assists Graham and Ashleigh in ensuring that that the toxicologists are able to do what they do best without unnecessary distractions. When not at Bibra, Kate can usually be found chasing after her children (they’re much faster than her) or pottering on their allotment. In her free time Kate loves painting, Zumba and cooking. She doesn’t sleep as much as she would like.

Tanya Mooneapillay joined the Bibra team in February 2017 as an Administrative Assistant.  In her spare time Tanya likes taking her dog out for long walks and spending time with family (particularly her Nieces who live in France) and socialising with friends.
