…First deadlines in October 2015 to notify certain active substances

By 14 October, companies need to notify ECHA if they are using dialuminium chloride pentahydroxide as an active substance in product type (PT) 2 formulations (disinfectants or algaecides not intended for direct application to humans or animals).

By 30 October, companies should notify ECHA of existing active substance/PT combinations that are currently not supported by its review programme. Declarations of interest to notify active substance/PT combinations, if the biocidal product belongs to a different PT under the Biocidal Products Regulation than under the old Biocidal Products Directive, should also be made before this date.
