The following seven AOPs have been approved by the Extended Advisory Group of Molecular Screening and Toxicogenomics, and have now been made available for review and endorsement by the Working Group of the National Coordinators of the Test Guidelines Programme and the Working Party on Hazard Assessment:

  • 6: PPARα antagonism leading to body-weight loss
  • 10: Blocking iGABA receptor ion channel leading to seizures
  • 21: AhR mediated mortality
  • 42: TPO inhibition and altered neurodevelopment
  • 54: NIS inhibition and learning and memory impairment
  • 131: AHR activation-uroporphyria
  • 150: AHR activation to ELS mortality, via VEGF
