ECHA is legally required to check the compliance of at least 5% of registrations. The Agency is preparing an action plan regarding compliance checks alongside the European Commission with a view to raising the percentage of dossiers to be checked. The intention is to screen all registered substances by 2027, performing compliance checks where necessary.
