An Annex XV report submitted by ECHA proposes restricting the concentration of intentionally added microplastics to a maximum of 0.01% w/w. Similarly, two additional Annex XV reports were submitted by ECHA, proposing restrictions on the use of formaldehyde (and formaldehyde releasers) and the siloxane compounds D4, D5 and D6.
