It is sometimes difficult to keep up with the various TTC figures used by different expert groups to assist in the risk assessment process. ECETOC (the European Centre for Ecotoxicology and Toxicology of Chemicals) has now provided some help in the form of a short overview that lists established TTC values (for defined end-points and exposure routes), as well as those under development. Prepared by ECETOC’s former TTC Task Force, this useful summary will apparently be updated as new information becomes available. The document is available from ECETOC (via http://www.ecetoc.org/index.php?mact=Newsroom,cntnt01,details,0&cntnt01documentid=98&cntnt01dateformat=%25d-%25m-%25Y&cntnt01returnid=76). {184304}
